FFBQL to invest Rs 300m in FCCL

KARACHI: Fauji Fertilisers Bin Qasim Ltd (FFBQL) will invest Rs 300 million in Fauji Cement Company Ltd (FCCL).

The board of directors of FFBQL passed a resolution in this regard, which is subjected to the approval by the company’s shareholders, a notice of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) stated on Tuesday. The directors of the company noted that given the advantages of diversification and the growing demand for cement, investment in FCCL represents a long term stable investment that offers a steady, attractive revenue stream to the company and would help the company sustain business profitability and add to shareholder’s value. staff report
